If you’ve been called to be a Seventh-day Adventist pastor, you are in for a lot of joy mixed with quite a few challenges! How can you be faithful to the mission of taking the Adventist Message to all the world in this generation and at the same time juggle the responsibilities of family, health, personal time with Jesus and pastoral ministry? Here are some useful insights.

Dan Serns has had experience as a pastor in one-, two- and three-church districts and on a single and multi-pastor church staff, as well as serving on the conference and union levels of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
